You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you
so that you might go and bear fruit
— fruit that will last —
and so that whatever you ask in my name the Father will give you.
This is my command: LOVE EACH OTHER.
Torrance Church of the Nazarene is a great place for you & your family to call home. With a history almost as long as the City of Torrance itself, our church has been in the South Bay for over eighty years. Our heart is our community; we are so glad you found us!

Effective Sunday, February 21, 2021 we will begin meeting inside our church sanctuary. However, our meetings still have important restrictions that you need to be aware of:
For now, we will only be gathering for our 10:30am service. We will not be seating people for service until 10:15am to minimize exposure risk.
Your temperature will be taken by a volunteer using a touchless thermometer.
Face masks must be worn at all times including worship, prayer, and sermon.
Families should sit together and maintain a distance of 6+ feet from other families. Some seats will be unavailable in order to keep families spaced appropriately. Additionally, children will remain with their families; no children’s church or nursery care will be provided.
No food or beverages are allowed on the premises before, during, or after services.
Please help limit exposure by washing hands thoroughly and using hand sanitizer.
If you have had any coronavirus related symptoms, or if you have been exposed to anyone with coronavirus symptoms, please stay at home.
We are only able to meet together if we all work to follow these guidelines and move forward as safely as possible. If you cannot meet these requirements, please continue to join us for online services only.
We understand that not everyone is comfortable gathering together right now. That’s ok. If that is you, please continue to worship with us online only. We will continue to post services online each week here and on YouTube. We value you as a member of our congregation and respect your decision.
